License Agreement
This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Sammy Agora Marketplace (“Platform”) by vendors and users. By accessing or listing products on the Platform, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement.
Sammy Agora Marketplace grants vendors a non-exclusive, revocable license to upload, display, and sell goods on the Platform in compliance with applicable laws.
- Ensure all products listed are genuine, safe, and accurately described.
- Comply with Nigerian regulatory standards for chemicals, clothing, accessories, and other goods.
- Avoid listing prohibited, counterfeit, or harmful items.
- Modify, remove, or suspend listings that violate policies.
- Withhold payouts if fraudulent behavior is suspected.
All trademarks, logos, and site content belong to Sammy Agora Marketplace. Vendors retain ownership of their uploaded images and descriptions but grant the Platform permission to display them.
Sammy Agora may terminate access if a vendor breaches this Agreement or applicable laws.
