Sammy Agora Marketplace is an e-commerce and project-support platform where customers can buy quality products—including fashion items, household goods, chemicals, accessories—and also access project support services. The platform hosts verified vendors to ensure safe and reliable shopping.

  • Browse available products
  • Add items to your cart
  • Proceed to checkout
  • Complete payment
  • Receive your order confirmation via email/SMS

For products without a displayed price:

Because prices of some items—especially chemicals, reagents, equipment, and imported goods—are affected by market fluctuations, exchange rates, and supplier changes, the prices may be temporarily withheld.

In such cases:

  • Click the “WhatsApp” button, or
  • Click the “Request Price” button

…to contact the vendor for the current price.

 

Using the “REQUEST QUOTE” Feature:
The Request Quote button can also be used by customers who want to:

  • Request products not listed on the website
  • Request chemicals, reagents, consumables, or any specialized items
  • Submit project supply needs
  • Provide detailed information about bulk orders, business procurement, or custom requirements

This ensures customers can get the right products even if they are not yet uploaded on the platform.

You can pay using:

  • Debit/credit cards
  • Bank transfer (if available)
  • Pay-on-Delivery (for selected)

Delivery timelines depend on your location and the vendor.

  • Within major cities: 2–4 days
  • Nationwide: 3–7 days
  • Special/chemical items may take longer depending on logistics restrictions

You will receive tracking updates once your order is shipped.

Sammy Agora Marketplace operates a Replacement-Only policy. Customers can request a replacement if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The wrong product is delivered
  • The item is not as described

Replacement is processed after the returned item is verified.

  • Go to “My Orders”
  • Select the item
  • Click Request Replacement
  • Upload evidence (photo/video)
  • The vendor and marketplace support team will review and process your request

Yes. Sammy Agora enforces strict vendor verification and product listing rules. Counterfeit, illegal, or low-quality items are removed immediately, and the vendors are penalized.

You may contact the support team for updates. If the delay is excessive, you may request cancellation or replacement.

Yes. Once shipped, tracking details will appear in your dashboard and via email/SMS.

Vendor

You can sign up in two ways:

  1. Online Registration on the website under “Become a Vendor”
  2. Formal Application Email to:

Vendors may be required to submit:

  • Valid ID
  • CAC certificate (optional but recommended)
  • Tax ID (if applicable)
  • Product category information
  • Bank details for payouts
  • Physical Office/Shop Verifiable Address
  • Active WhatsApp number(for Vendors and Manager of store for ease of communication) and email address

You may sell a wide range of products including:

  • Shoes
  • Wristwatches
  • Clothing
  • Chemicals
  • Accessories
  • Household items
  • Electronics
  • Project support materials/equipment

However, illegal, counterfeit, and unapproved chemical items are strictly prohibited.

The platform uses a commission-based model. Vendors may be charged:

  • A percentage per successful sale
  • Service or logistics fees (depending on arrangements)

The exact fee structure will be communicated during onboarding.

After registration:

  • Log into your vendor dashboard
  • Click “Add Product”
  • Upload product name, price, images, stock quantity, and description
  • Submit for approval

Listings may take 24–48 hours to be reviewed.

Payments are released after:

  • Order delivery is confirmed
  • Replacement window has passed
  • No dispute is pending

Payouts go directly to your registered bank account.

Vendors may choose:

  1. Marketplace-managed logistics (if available)
  2. Self-shipping (Vendors may be required to ship product directly to customers especially if the client is closer to them, however they must attach the Sticker of Sammy Agora provided on the package. Vendors who have been provided with customized nylon or package for Sammy Agora are expected to use them)

Vendors must not attach any nylon, complimentary card or any material that reflect their brand as Sammy Agora Brand covers all product listed on her website

Vendors must ensure proper packaging to avoid product damage.

You must:

  • Receive the returned product
  • Verify the issue
  • Provide a replacement within the allowed timeframe

If the error is from the vendor (wrong, damaged, or misleading item), the vendor must bear the cost of the replacement and shipping

Yes, a vendor may be suspended for:

  • Selling fake or illegal products
  • Repeated customer complaints
  • Delayed order processing
  • Uploading misleading product information
  • Fraudulent activities
