Money Back Policy
Refunds are applicable only when:
- Incorrect item received
- Damaged or defective product delivered
- Item not delivered after confirmed payment
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Refunds are processed as:
- Replacement of goods (primary method)
- Store credit where replacement is unavailable
- Customized or altered products
- Chemicals opened or tampered with
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
Items must be:
- Returned in original packaging
- Unused and in resellable condition (except faulty goods)
Vendors must honor the marketplace refund process.
