Money Back Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only when:  

  • Incorrect item received  
  • Damaged or defective product delivered  
  • Item not delivered after confirmed payment  

2. Timeframe

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are processed as:  

  • Replacement of goods (primary method)  
  • Store credit where replacement is unavailable  

4. Conditions

  • Customized or altered products  
  • Chemicals opened or tampered with  
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling  

5. Non-Refundable Items

Items must be:  

  • Returned in original packaging  
  • Unused and in resellable condition (except faulty goods)  

6. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors must honor the marketplace refund process.
